Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take orders for "Personalized Reusable Bags" via email? Yes, we can accommodate a request for a custom order via email. Upon receiving your inquiry, we will contact you either via email or telephone to discuss you order.
Where are you located and how do I visit the store? We are located in Stamford, CT. At this time, we do not have a store front for customers to visit us at. We simply ask that should you not see what you are looking for via our website, that you contact us directly for a custom order.
Can I make changes to my purchase, once the order has been placed? Changes and cancellations can't be made once the order has been finalized and payment made. We have implemented this policy due to the fact your order is being custom made just for you.
How far ahead should I place my custom order? We suggest you place your order 3 weeks prior to the date of the occasion/event/fair, etc. However, we do make every possible effort to ship orders within 3 business days, after payment has been received for the order.
Do you offer a .pdf tutorial on how to make your reusable bags? At the present moment, no, we do not have an available sewing pattern for our products. However, we do anticipate releasing a sewing pattern for our products in January 2011.

Where are your products made? We love the fact that our products are our very original designs and we take great pride in our high quality workmanship. All of our items are handmade in a smoke and pet-free environment here in Stamford, CT!
Will my food stay fresh in the reusable bag? Our reusable bags are made with fabric, allowing them to be more breathable than plastic. The bags are not recommended for long term food storage, but I have kept dry snacks (i.e. goldfish, pretzels, crackers) in my bags for several days without the items becoming stale. It is recommended that sandwiches be transported to school/work in a reusable insulated lunch bag for the freshest bread. We experimented with our bags and found that even overnight, bread stayed soft when stored in this manner.

How Do I Clean My Reusable Bags? All of our Reusable Bags are dishwasher safe, as well as, machine washable.
To clean via the dishwasher simply place your reusable bags on the top shelf of your dishwasher with the opening of the bag face down. View the left-hand side of our "Home" page to visually see placement of bags.
Our Reusable Bags may also be machine washed using the "gentle cycle" and line-dried. To keep the Velcro closure in the bag from snagging on the stitching, turn the bag inside out, tucking in the opening where the Velcro is and then securing one side of the Velcro to the other.
