To properly care for your Rosemary plant you will want to make sure that it is constantly moist, but not sitting in water. Hence, the plant needs to be well drained. Rosemary plants do not like water around their roots, however, they will die if their roots dry out. Think of it this way, Rosemary plants like to
"shower" daily, but do not like to take baths!
