About Us
Each Appleberry Attic reusable bag is handmade with a purpose, a reason, and a benefit to others. 

A portion of each sale goes to a U.S. organization called; Feed the Children, to help combat hunger here in the States.  When you purchase a reusable bag from Appleberry Attic, you're providing a little food to someone else who needs it.  Priceless - knowing that each bag we make and sell helps two people; the buyer, and someone else we have never even met who gets to eat a meal simply because of your purchase.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards via the phone, in addition to accepting payments via PayPal and Google Checkout. 

Orders shipped to Connecticut addresses will be subject to applicable sales tax.

Shipping Information
 
All orders will ship via First Class Mail through the USPS. We do accept International orders from the following countries:  Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom.
 

We make every effort to ship orders on the 3rd business day after payment has been received.  If we are experiencing a back-log, you will be notified immediately, via email, with an estimated shipping date. 


All "custom orders" will be processed and shipped as indicated within the item description.

Exchanges/Returns

  • Requests to exchange a damaged item will, of course, be accepted. 

Damages Incurred During Shipment

  • Please check your order carefully upon receipt. Packages that are obviously damaged should be refused and left with the carrier as it is their responsibility for damage occurring during transit. If the condition of the package is questionable, make sure that the carrier makes a note of it. 
  • If upon inspection, your shipment is damaged, filing a damage claim with the shipper is the responsibility of the recipient and should be done within 48 hours of delivery.  
  • We recommend you save all shipping materials to support your claim.
